Accent Dental Care No-Show Policy

We appreciate your trust in Accent Dental Care for your dental care. To provide the best service to all our patients, it's important that appointments are honored and that we are notified in a timely manner if you need to cancel or reschedule. 

No-Show Definition:
A "no-show" is defined as missing an appointment without prior notice or failing to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellation Window:
We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may be in need of dental care.

Consequences of No-Show:
Failure to adhere to our no-show policy may result in:

• A no-show fee of $45
• Difficulty scheduling future appointments

Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter any issues that may prevent you from attending your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

How to Cancel or Reschedule:
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
